# Business Model

SquareUp Labs will have two main verticals: the SquareUp Product and SquareUp Founders Pass, each with their own independent legal entity.  

Both entities will work in concert to support the other. All revenue generated from both entities will be used to further SquareUp's development. 

SquareUp will **never** take a cut of contest entry fees. All entry fees will fund that contest's prize pool.

Instead, SquareUp will charge a 5% transaction royalty collected on secondary sales of contest assets within our native marketplace.
